Job summary

Rampmaster, a premier aircraft refueling solutions manufacturer, seeks a hands-on assembler for aviation refueler trucks and components. You will perform assembly routines, install chassis parts, read blueprints, and wire hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while following safety standards.

Ideal candidates possess a mechanical background, familiarity with 12V electrical systems, the ability to read tape measures and convert feet to inches, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience.
• Understanding of 12V electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read 1/8”, 1/16” gradations on tape measure.
• Ability to convert feet to inches.

Responsibilities

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed
• Installing prefabricated parts on truck chassis
• Readingand interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to various aviation refueler assembly tasks. You will be building various aviation refueler trucks and components including pump and motor modules. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed
• Installing prefabricated parts on truck chassis
• Readingand interpreting blueprints to perform proper assembly procedures
• Installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience
• Understanding of 12V electrical systems
• Abilityto read blueprints
• Abilityto read 1/8”, 1/16”,gradations on tape measure
• Abilityto convert feet to inches and vice versa
• Valid driver’s license
