Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support the 89th Airlift Wing Recruiting Assessment & Selection Data (RASD) at Joint Base Andrews. The role focuses on Envoy and Hero Programs, marketing, outreach, and stakeholder coordination to meet aggressive recruitment targets.

Qualifications include 2+ years in coordination/recruiting support, strong marketing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Marketing and advertising strategies, stakeholder engagement, and content creation with photography and video production skills.
• 2+ years of administrative support, office management, recruiting support, customer service, or coordination-heavy role.
• Calendar management experience with scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Teams; familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruiting Program for RASD and manage Envoy and Hero Programs.
• Develop and administer training, schedule itineraries, and oversee program execution at the installation level.
• Coordinate marketing materials and PA content for 89 AW and COR approvals.
• Track performance metrics and applicant flow to improve recruitment outcomes.
