Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking a Program Support Manager to support the 89th Airlift Wing Recruiting Assessment & Selection Data (RASD) at Joint Base Andrews. The role focuses on program and event management, logistics, and liaison with stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination for 3–4 events per fiscal year involving 40–60 applicants and 15–25 board members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in project management with operational evaluation experience.
• 2+ years in administrative support, office management, recruiting support, or similar coordination-heavy roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the master timeline for Assessment & Selections events.
• Execute daily logistical plans for A&S events and staff movement.
• Maintain and distribute the master A&S event calendar.
• Provide management for special projects as assigned by the Director of A&S.
• Coordinate with the Operational Psychologist to implement KSB scoring into materials.
• Develop training materials and calibration exercises for selection board members.
