Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a CRE & Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end project management for new builds, moves, remodels, and facility improvements at SkyWest and partner locations in the St. George area.

You will manage budgets, timelines, space planning, and design while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand standards and cost efficiency. The role requires 2+ years in aviation, design/construction experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aviation.
• 2+ years of planning, design, and construction experience.
• Experience managing project teams.
• Must be available after hours as needed and on call for emergencies.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, supervisory and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS SharePoint, CAD, and HVAC controls.
• Flexible and able to be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end facilities projects for SkyWest and partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines, space planning, and design; ensure brand alignment.
• Direct needs of facilities and outfit locations with furniture and services.
• Lead facilities personnel and collaborate with internal departments.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee vendor relationships; ensure insurance compliance and QA.
• Travel to remote sites as required and coordinate with airport authorities.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety inspections.
