Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a CRE & Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end projects, from new builds to remodels, across SkyWest sites. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and a facilities team, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in aviation and in planning, design, and construction, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel to remote sites is required and after-hours availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aviation experience.
• 2+ years in planning, design, and construction.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end facilities projects and budget.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify facilities and leases.
• Lead a Facilities team and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure safety and compliance across sites.
• Travel to remote sites as required.
