Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a CRE & Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end projects, budget management, and vendor contracts across SkyWest and its partners. The role includes overseeing a team of facilities personnel and coordinating with IT, Legal, Finance, and operations.

The position requires aviation experience, design and construction knowledge, and strong leadership. Travel to remote sites is expected, and after-hours availability is required to support facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aviation experience.
• 2+ years of planning, design, and construction experience.
• Experience managing project teams.
• Must be available after hours and be on call for emergency response.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facilities projects for SkyWest and partners.
• Oversee project budget, timeline, space planning, and design while ensuring brand adherence.
• Direct facilities staff and manage remote site travel as needed.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance and quality.
• Perform inspections and coordinate repairs with internal and external teams.
