Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent for our Ground Handling Department in Tucson. The role involves baggage handling, servicing aircraft, de-icing, and operating ramp equipment in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Training is provided and teamwork is essential to meet company objectives. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits including paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network.

Qualifications

• Must complete Ramp Agent training course.
• Able to meet company goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks and de-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet objectives.
