Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Agent to join our Ground Handling Department in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. The role focuses on baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and delivering excellent customer service under supervision.

Starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Successful candidates complete Ramp Agent training and must meet requirements including high school completion, valid driver's license, and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
