Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is hiring a Ramp Agent to support ground handling operations, including baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting.

You will complete Ramp Agent training, work across all shifts including weekends and nights, and be part of a team focused on safety, efficiency, and top-tier customer service in partnership with American Airlines network.

Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
