Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Ramp Agent for our Ground Handling Department to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting. You will complete ramp agent training and work to meet company goals while delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include loading cargo, operating equipment, guiding aircraft, performing cabin tasks, and de-icing. Shift work includes weekends and may involve nights or holidays.

• Successful completion of ramp agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
