Job summary

Swissport is hiring a Cargo Ramp Agent in Miami to perform under-wing ground support, including loading/unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling, and servicing aircraft. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and flexibility across shifts, with pay around $22.90/hour and benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience with ramp operations is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Good communication and language skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Flexible to work day, evening, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong health and safety awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure.
• Unload luggage, cargo and strollers to carts or dollies.
• Deliver luggage to claim area and conveyor system.
• Operate ground support equipment as required.
• Inspect ramp areas for debris and report hazards.
• Comply with security requirements and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
