• Unload passenger luggage and air cargo to carts/dollies.
• Operate ground support equipment including tow tractors and loaders.
• Deliver luggage to baggage claim and assist with cargo as directed.
• Inspect ramp areas and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Comply with security and safety requirements.
