Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) seeks a Chief Inspector to lead the inspection function for engines, components, and materials, ensuring FAA/EASA/compliance and airworthiness. You will supervise inspectors, drive QA, and coordinate with regulators and internal teams to improve processes and maintain safety standards.

You will mentor staff, oversee audits, and ensure training and certifications are current, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• 12–15 years of aircraft/jet engine maintenance experience with 5+ years in leadership or inspection supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, and V2500 engine models.
• Experience developing and managing inspection programs within a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
• Fluent English communication and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee inspection of engines, components, and materials to ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures aligned with regs and manuals.
• Coordinate assignment and scheduling of inspection personnel.
• Review and approve inspection documentation and test reports.
• Lead internal audits, root cause analyses, and CAPA initiatives.
• Act as liaison with FAA, EASA, and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Ensure inspectors are trained and certified.
• Promote culture of quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Mentor inspectors and support professional growth.
