Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Weekend Shift Avionics Quality Control Inspector in Chattanooga, TN. The role is on-site, with a Friday-Sunday schedule from 6am to 6:30pm and a 11.11% shift differential for a 3-day workweek.

You will ensure product quality by inspecting technicians’ work, signing off inspections, and coordinating with multiple teams to close squawks. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and an A&P License or Repairman Certificate is required; IA

• IA rating recommended.

Responsibilities

• Inspect technician's work and perform 'ok to close' audits.
• Ensure proper sign-offs in Corridor as part of the inspection process.
• Participate in daily review meetings.
• Assist with Airframe Inspections.
• Follow up with departments to sign off and close squawks.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

A&P License or Repairman Certificate

Inspection Authorization (IA) recommended
