Job summary

NSN Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control and Inventory Inspector to join our Broadview Heights facility. You will verify quality, traceability, and compliance of distributed and internal parts, including ITAR items, while maintaining accurate warehouse inventory and strict lot/serial tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace QA inspection or warehouse/inventory roles.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR compliance is required.
• Knowledge of AS9100/AS9120 and AS9102 is essential.
• Experience handling FAA Form 8130-3, CoC, and MW data.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspections on incoming raw materials, hardware, and finished parts for condition and packaging.
• Verify documentation and traceability; manage CoC, FAA/EC documentation, and test reports.
• Conduct first article and in-process inspections per AS9102; ensure GD&T conformance.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory, conduct cycle counts, and enforce proper labeling and storage.
