Qualifications

• 7+ years in a QA management role in aviation or aviation SaaS.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Experience with QMS tools and BI analytics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team to meet quality objectives and support aviation and software platforms.
• Maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Oversee internal and external audits.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions per SLAs.

• Mentor QA staff and foster growth.
• Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, customer support.
