Covenant Aviation Security, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Lead to drive site performance improvements at Denver International Airport. You will guide QA activities, perform assessments (overt/covert), and coordinate corrective actions with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must obtain and maintain airport badges/credentials.
• Possess or obtain a City and County of Denver Security Guard License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four (4) years in security, loss prevention, aviation security, or related field.
• Minimum one (1) year at a Part 1542 regulated airport.
• Working knowledge of TSA regulations and airport operations.
• Flexible, non-traditional schedule across all shifts; including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to observe performance, identify deficiencies, and coach effectively.
• English language proficiency; speaking, reading, writing.
• Pass background investigations.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site quality assurance team responsible for monitoring and improving contract performance.
• Implement and monitor site QA processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Determine QA activity schedules and manage through QA team; ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Monitor data collection and identify performance trends.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective action to leadership.
• Prepare recurring QA reports with trends, findings, and recommendations.
• Conduct QA inspections and performance assessments of Security Officers across DEN.
• Evaluate compliance with TSA regulations, post orders, SOPs, client requirements, Covenant policies.
• Provide coaching and corrective instruction as deficiencies are identified.
• Perform Security Officer duties when necessary to demonstrate procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
