STV Incorporated seeks a Project/Program Director – Aviation to lead complex terminal projects from planning through commissioning, requiring aviation domain expertise and strong leadership across design, procurement, and construction teams onsite at client facilities in Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects/programs over $10M.
• Knowledge of airport operations and construction of airport facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects.
• Guide discipline managers and contractors to address program challenges and risk.
• Lead to ensure quality exceeding client expectations.
• Develop project level processes, controls and governance aligned to goals.
• Oversee planning, pre-construction/construction, bidding, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with airport operators, airlines, regulators and partners; manage schedules.
