- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized project files and client documentation.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables.
- Navigate TxDOT Aviation data/management systems.
- Review technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Support quality control by tracking revisions and redlines.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Assist with up-to-date documentation of workflows and procedures.
