Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in commercial projects, especially with high-end amenities.
• Experience includes supervisory responsibilities as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and maintain reports on project status.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective field coordination and quality control.
• Review status and project progress regularly with Project Manager and clients.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to in all operations.
• Direct subcontractor activities within residential projects.
