West Star Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream Project Manager to lead aviation maintenance, modifications and related projects from East Alton, IL. You will oversee work orders, coordinate with customers on approvals and deposits, and manage multiple projects with independence and attention to detail.

The role requires 5–10 years in business aviation MRO, FAA paperwork familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years prior experience in business aviation MRO activities.
• General FAA paperwork, work order and billing processes experience.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with the customer on squawk approval, deposit processing and closing work orders.
• Manage multiple projects independently and coordinate with Senior Project Manager on designated projects.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Plan and oversee aircraft work flow, scheduling and project timelines.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate with Sales and Contracts as needed.
