• Coordinate work orders, squawk approvals, deposits, and closing WOs.
• Manage large projects and provide customer support.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Coordinate pricing and customer support with Sales and Contracts departments.
• Travel may be required.
