Job summary

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a Project Manager for our Aviation Services Division to lead airport improvement projects with Airport Managers and Directors on the East Coast. We offer a flexible schedule, hybrid work opportunities, and competitive pay.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), a PE in NH/MA/ME/VT or ability to obtain, and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with strong communication and client management skills. Salary is contingent on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license in NH/MA/ME/VT or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of increasing leadership experience in projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit efforts for projects and develop technical and price proposals.
• Monitor resources to meet contract scope, budget, and schedule using management tools.
• Achieve strong financial performance for Hoyle Tanner.
• Provide superior client service by understanding needs and concerns.
• Assemble and lead a project team to deliver on time and within budget.
• Foster team satisfaction and collaboration with subconsultants and disciplines.
• Resolve personnel conflicts with supervisors.
• Invoice promptly and manage accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement a quality management plan for projects.
• Keep Principal informed of claims or risks and coordinate resolutions.
