We are seeking an Aviation Project Manager based out of our Nashville, TN office. The Project Manager will bring expertise as a seasoned Aviation Technical Expert to all aspects of airport-related projects, including runway, taxiway, apron, hangars, and utility improvements. The role involves overseeing design, construction, and coordination efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Manage project finances, quality control, and overall project execution.
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies, supporting airport development projects from planning to construction oversight.
• Review and oversee engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Analyze technical problems, develop solutions, and evaluate project scope and costs.
• Coordinate with technical engineers, mentor junior staff, and occasionally travel for project site visits.
• Collaborate with TDOT – Aeronautics Division and FAA on project grants and inspections.

What will you contribute?

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant aviation civil engineering or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge is a plus.
• Proven technical writing and communication skills.
• P.E. license is required.
