WSP USA in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead complex airport infrastructure projects from planning to closeout. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and advise airport clients to ensure successful delivery in Northern California.

The role emphasizes managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with regulators, authorities, and industry stakeholders. A strong background in aviation or related infrastructure is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, aviation management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience managing complex infrastructure, transportation, aviation, airport development, or capital improvement projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage aviation projects from planning through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, architects, environmental specialists, and construction professionals.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates on schedule, budget, quality, risk, and milestones.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, FAA representatives, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to growth of WSP's aviation practice.
