Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Aviation Project Manager to lead complex capital projects and multidisciplinary teams, with an initial focus on opportunities in Texas and Louisiana. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to travel.

You will establish delivery strategies, manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and risks, and coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, contractors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure and aviation projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side program and project management on airport/airline assignments.
• Establish delivery strategies and lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk strategies.
• Monitor performance and report on schedule, budget, and milestones.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, contractors, and regulators.
