McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), an ESP Company, is seeking an Aviation Project Engineer in Little Rock, AR to design, draft, and support aviation projects alongside a team of engineers, surveyors and interns.

The role involves cost estimating, construction planning, and coordinating with clients, with opportunities to develop expertise on turnkey aviation projects under seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT
• FAA regulations knowledge
• Airport operations knowledge
• Ability to exercise independent judgement
• Experience with AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating and preliminary design
• Assisting with funding applications and environmental studies
• Prepare detailed reports on results and findings
• Develop construction plans and specifications
• Perform detailed design calculations
• Consult with clients to obtain and relay information relating to projects
• Assist in the management of projects throughout construction
