Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Project/Program Manager to join our national aviation team and oversee terminal improvement projects across multiple major airports. The role demands significant aviation experience and prior design or construction management in active airport terminals.

You will lead planning, design and construction efforts, coordinate with stakeholders and oversight entities, and drive schedules, budgets and risk management to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience managing capital projects over $10M.
• Knowledge of airport operations and airport facilities construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects including scheduling, cost and change management, safety, quality control and ORAT.
• Guide discipline managers and contractors to address program challenges, risk management and schedule/budget performance.
• Lead development of project controls, governance and procedures aligned to overall goals.
