Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Project/Program Manager to join our national aviation team, overseeing airport terminal improvements across major projects nationwide.

The successful candidate will have significant aviation project experience, with a track record managing design or construction within active airport terminals, and will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver on schedule and budget commitments. Candidates should be skilled in coordinating with stakeholders, use of Primavera P6 and PMIS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience in managing capital projects/programs over $10M.
• Knowledge of airport operations and airport facilities design/construction.
• Ability to oversee multiple construction activities on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, oversight across all phases of aviation projects.
• Guide discipline managers and contractors on risk, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project processes, controls, and governance aligned to goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery partners and oversight bodies.
