Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking an Aviation Programs Manager to execute and oversee government aviation operations contracts, including FCF, acceptance, and ferry flights. You will interface with government customers, aircrews, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective mission execution.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of military flight operations.
• Experience leading government/maintenance-aligned aviation programs.
• Ability to manage dispersed teams and complex contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of aviation operations and FCF support for government aircraft.
• Coordinate daily flight ops among aircrew, maintenance, QA, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DCMA, Air Force, Navy,FAA procedures and contract requirements.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and supervision of site staff; promote safety culture.
