Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities from sales handover to program closure with cost, schedule and quality focus.
• Maintain the overall program timeline to meet due dates.
• Develop full-scale project plans in MS Project.
• Interface with OEMs and customers to negotiate changes.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RECARO quality and design standards.
