Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Aviation Senior Program Manager to lead major Texas airport development and capital improvement programs. This role will be based in Dallas, TX and reports to senior leadership, providing strategic direction, oversight, and leadership across planning, design, and construction to deliver complex aviation initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 12+ years of related experience in program or project management for aviation infrastructure projects, including 4 years in leadership.
• Ability to pass airport-specific background checks and obtain badges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-year aviation programs from planning through construction.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to technical teams.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, regulators, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, construction managers, and controls specialists.
