Job summary

INDRA AIR TRAFFIC INC. is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program controls, financial analysis, schedule analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting for a high-visibility aviation program supporting the FAA.

The role focuses on developing forecasts, monitoring costs, and producing executive dashboards, with close collaboration across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years aerospace experience in program controls or related roles.
• Experience developing budgets, forecasts, ETCs, and EACs.
• Experience performing cost, schedule, revenue, margin, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of revenue, cost, gross margin, accruals, WIP, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial/data analysis.
• Experience creating management dashboards and executive reporting.
• Ability to work across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program financial forecasts.
• Analyze actual performance against budget, baseline, forecast, and contractual objectives.
• Maintain IMS and analyze schedule variance and forecast completion dates.
• Develop integrated program dashboards and KPIs; report revenue, costs, gross margin, ETC/EAC, cash flow, and schedule performance.
• Lead monthly program reviews and financial close activities.
• Support risk, opportunity analyses and corrective-action plans; coordinate with stakeholders.
