Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Analyst to support a CPE Maneuver Air Project office with financial execution, funding tracking, and manpower projection. You will manage commitments, obligations, and disbursements in GFEBS, and serve as SME for FM and CM modules.

The role requires 3–5 years federal financial management experience, a Bachelor’s in finance or related field, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of federal financial management or defense program analysis experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on GFEBS experience (FM and CM modules).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage funding across multiple appropriations, including FMS.
• Track commitments, obligations, and disbursements in GFEBS.
• Reconcile records and resolve ULOs/NULOs.
• Serve as SME for GFEBS transactions and reporting.
• Monitor budget execution using FM and CM modules.
• Assist in formulating and updating the Internal Operating Budget.
