Job summary

Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and records specialist for the aerospace maintenance environment in Winston-Salem, NC. You will enter work packages into required systems, audit packages for accuracy, and coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Customer Representatives to maintain up-to-date parts status.

You will manage EMX ERP entries for non-stocked parts, track hours for billable reporting, and assist with expedited parts (AOG/Priority) processing

Qualifications

• Performs data entry in the EMX ERP system for non-stocked parts.
• Conducts technical audits of work packages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains clear, accurate documentation and records throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enter work packages into required systems in a timely manner.
• Audit work packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Interface with Production, Buyers, and Customer Representatives for updates on parts status.
• Manage data entry in EMX ERP for non-stocked parts per programs.
• Coordinate off-unit dispositions for timely repairs and returns.
• Monitor and report hours for accurate billable reporting.
• Notify leadership of variances affecting budgets.
• Assist with expedited parts processing (AOG, Priority).
• Collaborate with Planning to add items to work scopes.
• Track ordered parts and resolve procurement delays.
• Ensure documentation control and attach certificates in ERP.
• Coordinate off-unit returns and provide shipping with necessary data.
• Maintain audit logs, scan packages, and file work cards.
