ProLog, Inc. is seeking a diligent Production Control Clerk to support the FRCSE Jacksonville Production Support Services contract.

You will compile and analyze production data from orders and work tickets to track quantities, materials usage, scrap, and defect rates, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient production flow. You will prepare detailed production sheets, write work schedules, manage material inventories, and coordinate in-plant transfers to meet shifting production priorities in

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to pass background investigation for CAC and Public Trust.
• Experience in Naval Aviation maintenance control or production control.
• Experience with NALCOMIS and/or OOMA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Compiles and records production data from orders, tickets, and specs.
• Calculates production metrics: quantities, materials used, scrap, defects, and production rates.
• Prepares and writes comprehensive production reports.
• Maintains organized files for the production control process.
• Creates detailed production sheets or work tickets for production workers.
• Develops and prepares written work schedules based on priorities.
• Maintains material inventory records and procurement requisitions.
• Keeps Aircraft and AESR logs per COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 using NALCOMIS/OOMA.
