Job summary

ProLog, Inc. in NAS Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Full Time Stock Clerk for 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). You will receive, store, issue IMRL gear and materials, maintain stock levels, and prepare requisitions for refills in Mega Centers and production lines.

Work involves using ATICTS/MAXIMO, HAZMAT lockers, and following HMMS/CHRIMP procedures. Candidates should lift up to 50 pounds, operate MS Office, and have knowledge of Naval Aviation tools; prior aviation tool-room experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Should have basic knowledge of Naval Aviation hand tools and measuring devices.
• Past experience in an aviation maintenance tool room is desirable.
• Past documented experience with handling Hazardous Material.
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• ATICS/MAXIMO data system experience is a plus.
• Lean six sigma and ISO 9000 knowledge is desirable.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, inventory and issue IMRL gear, equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and compile stock records.
• Count, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items.
• Examine stock for conformance to specifications.
• Store articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, by type or material.
• Fill orders or issue supplies from stock; maintain periodic/perpetual inventory using data systems (ATICTS/MAXIMO).
• Prepare requisitions to refill onsite stock.
• Compile reports on stock handling equipment usage and inventory changes.
• Distribute stock among production workers and keep records of material issued.
• Make adjustments or repairs to stock.
• Cut stock to fill orders.
