Job summary

Top Aces Corporation in Mesa, AZ seeks an Aviation Process Specialist to lead development and compliance of standardized processes for maintenance and operations. You will ensure regulatory and quality management system requirements are met and drive continual improvement across the organization.

The role collaborates with department leaders, supports audits, and delivers training on process ownership, documentation control, and risk-based thinking. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in aviation maintenance, quality, QMS/Compliance, or process management tied to AS9110/AS9100.
• Experience in military aviation and/or DoD contracted programs preferred.
• AS9110C Lead Auditor or AS9101/IA QG AATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve standardized processes and documentation for maintenance and business functions.
• Integrate regulatory, contractual, quality, safety and business requirements into standardized processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and provide guidance on compliance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to maintain processes that support operational excellence.
• Support audits and assessments with objective evidence and records of compliance.
• Develop and deliver training on processes, documentation control, risk-based thinking, and ownership.
