Job summary

VSE Corporation is seeking a Jr. Process Review Technician (USI3) for first shift. The role involves verifying that work is completed per standards, reviewing documentation, and ensuring proper signoffs and records are kept.

You will install safety wire, preserve aviation articles, and follow FAA data and directives. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to read technical manuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of relevant/technical work experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use ERP systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for correctness before transferring components to the next stage.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies in documentation or component compliance with technicians.
• Ensure all work is properly documented, including signoffs and notes.
• Use ERP to review customer purchase orders and ensure compliance with requests.
• Review service bulletins for proper completion and documentation.
• Preserve components per maintenance manuals and safety directives.
• Install safety cable on accessories after final tests and seal components.
• Document maintenance records of all work performed.
