The role requires extensive experience in airport design and construction, alongside strong leadership skills. Candidates should possess a P.E. license and have the ability to manage teams while maintaining positive client relationships. This position offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $280,000 alongside performance-based bonuses and an exceptional benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in airport design and construction.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Aviation team while managing client relationships.
• Review design documents for aviation projects including grading and drainage.
• Prepare analysis reports supporting airport planning and design.
• Manage projects profitably and mentor staff.
