The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2–20 years of experience with avionics sub-systems and FAA certification, and a solid grasp of ARP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2–20 years of engineering experience with avionics sub-systems and FAA certification processes.
  • Working knowledge of ARP 4754, ARP-4761, DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461.
  • Strong requirements development, systems architecture, verification, and validation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Background in systems testing, electrical sub-systems, and networked systems; INCOSE certification is a plus.
