C&S Companies is seeking an experienced aviation planning professional to lead and manage airport planning projects, master plans, and on-call contracts from proposal to close. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with agencies, and lead public participation sessions across the United States.

Ideal candidates bring FAA AIP knowledge, a strong communication skillset, and a proven track record in leadership, business development, and project management within aviation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, engineering, or related field.
• AICP, LEED AP, ENV SP, PE, AAAE CM certification, or pilots license.
• 10+ years of related experience in aviation planning.
• Knowledge of FAA’s AIP and grant processes.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of on-call contracts or projects from opportunity to close.
• Prepare proposals, scope of work, fees, contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Lead public and stakeholder participation sessions.
• Coordinate with local, state, regional and federal agencies for clients.
• Travel to client sites across the United States.
• Mentor staff and contribute to practice growth on the West Coast.
