Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Planner to develop and maintain the master schedule for aircraft projects in Millville, NJ. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Purchasing to align resources with customer requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in corporate aviation scheduling, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. A technical certification or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Aviation Scheduling.
• Technical Certification or bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word for Windows.
• Demand/capacity planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by identifying available capacity and slots.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Operations.
• Build work packages based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Research parts and coordinate outside vendors before aircraft arrival.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous scheduling improvements.
