Job summary

Jet Midwest is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimize aircraft maintenance work packages. You will schedule workflow, determine labor needs, and ensure regulatory, technical, and project status documentation stays accurate throughout the maintenance lifecycle.

You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Records to ensure packages are complete and production-ready, while maintaining FAA-compliant records and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of aircraft maintenance planning, production planning, or maintenance coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting a Part 145 Repair Station preferred.
  • Experience generating aircraft maintenance work packages.
  • Experience in using the Quantum Maintenance Information System or similar CMMS preferred.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, develop, and maintain aircraft maintenance work packages using the Quantum Maintenance Information System.
  • Review customer work scopes and maintenance requirements to build complete maintenance packages.
  • Coordinate planning changes or deviations resulting from additional findings or customer requests.
  • Maintain real-time project status within Quantum and update milestones and work package status.
  • Coordinate daily with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Technical Records, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
