The Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining the master schedule for aircraft projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal utilization of resources and alignment with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of Corporate Aviation operations.
Technical Certification or bachelor’s degree in business or related curriculum; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job functions.
Two (2) years of experience in Corporate Aviation Scheduling.
Excellent understanding and proficient use of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word for Windows.
Proficient use of other scheduling programs, spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.

The salary range for this position generally ranges between $50,000 - $60,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation time.
