Job summary

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a qualified Parts Manager to supervise the parts, shipping/receiving, and materials teams at our Western Wisconsin site. You will optimize inventory, manage cores and warranty, and ensure strict FAA compliance while coordinating with 135/145 teams to meet RTS timelines.

The role requires 5–8+ years in aviation parts or supply chain, strong ERP software experience (EBIS/AMOS/CAMP/TRAX/SAP), and leadership skills to drive performance in a high-pressure repair

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in aviation parts, materials, or supply chain.
• Driver’s license required.
• Direct experience supporting corporate/business aircraft preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 requirements, ADs, service bulletins, traceability.
• ERP/systems proficiency with aviation MRO systems like EBIS/AMOS/CAMP/TRAX/Quantum/SAP.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and performance of the parts department.
• Ensure FAA regulatory conformity (calibration, shelf life, quarantine).
• Responsible for inventory management including cores and warranty procedures.
• Lead, train, and develop parts, shipping/receiving, and materials teams.
• Set priorities in a high-pressure maintenance environment.
• Prepare progress reports on purchasing commitments and recommendations.
• Implement internal programs to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Assist with sourcing parts for technicians and customers (internal & external).
• Coordinate supplier searches for certified and traceable parts.
