Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in inventory and warehousing.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Must read and compare detailed alphanumeric part numbers, codes, labels, and inventory records.
• Must lift and carry approximately 25-35 pounds regularly.
• Must complete client’s specialized inventory/matching assessment prior to placement.

Responsibilities

• Review printed inventory sheets with part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and IDs.
• Read, interpret, and compare complex alphanumeric part numbers and labels.
• Inspect contents of wooden crates and compare to inventory documentation.
• Verify physical inventory matches inventory sheets exactly.
• Identify discrepancies and mismatches in inventory records.
• Sort parts according to client instructions and determine disposition per procedures.
• Label boxes and materials clearly and store appropriately.
• Lift and move boxes weighing 25-35 pounds and carry materials up stairs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
