Qualifications

• Typically has five or more years of auto paint and body experience.
• Experience with prep, grit blast and final paint of heavy machinery required.
• Ability to work productively in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint according to Oshkosh AeroTech specifications.
• Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5S activities.
• Troubleshoot problems and communicate discrepancies.
• Complete required paint documentation including VOC log.
• Move painted parts to the next process verifying specifications.
