Job summary

ST Engineering – MRAS is seeking an Aircraft Paint Technician in Baltimore, MD to safely prepare, paint, and detail aircraft structures according to manuals and quality standards. You'll work with primers, coatings, and topcoats while following safety and regulatory procedures.

The role requires reading blueprints, attention to detail, and experience with aerospace paints. DOT/FAA drug testing and background checks are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and drawings.
• Must participate in DOT/FAA drug testing program and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, paint and detail aircraft structures per procedures.
• Coordinate with supervision to ensure FAA documentation and quality specs.
• Sand and prep surfaces, apply primers, sealants, and topcoats.
• Operate paint equipment and maintain shop tools.
• Maintain daily air quality logs before painting operations.
