Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a part-time Logistician/Data Collector to support CALA data collection for Navy projects. You will gather aircraft data, enter records into electronic systems, and observe live-fire data on ranges from a safe position.

The role requires travel to multiple sites, strong attention to detail, and the ability to obtain SECRET clearance. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a flight line and coordinate with military personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 8 years aviation ordnance or CAS experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance; proficiency in Excel/Word desired.
• Must be physically capable to work on an aircraft flight line.
• Strong attention to detail and legible penmanship.
• Knowledge of weapon and armament equipment and Navy aircraft loads.
• Schedule will be planned around data collection events.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record weapon component and aircraft data; enter into an electronic database.
• Observe and record weapon performance data on live-fire training ranges from a safe location.
• Travel to ranges as required; operate radios/scanners and coordinate with military clients.
